Creative Zen Won't Dock

Hey guys new to the forum ive had this problem for a while
i have a creative zen 8gb version that does not want to be recognized with my windows vista computer.when i go into device manager it says device cannot start.When i reinstall the drivers it works but as soon as installion is completed it returns from its docked mode to just chargingIt USED to work back in feburary) THANKS FOR ANYHELP!
