Default Help! I just got a new sansa fuze and now it's frozen?

I just got a new Sansa Fuze and I was trying to put music on it, and then I put Album Art in the music folder, and then it got frozen! I unplugged the USB cable but now it's stuck, what do I do? Please help me!

Oops, never mind, I just held down the power button. Does anyone know why this could have happened?

Don't know, but you should update the firmware if you haven't already.

Yeah I updated the firmware right away.

Can I use the same Media Converter that I got with my e260r?
