Best sound settings for metal music ?

Hi dudes.
I have bought a new iriver clix 2 8 gb redline.
i was using clix 2 gb first generation before,and i was using ''metal'' eq .
but there is no ''metal'' eq in clix 2nd generation
what is the best settings for metal music,in iriver clix2 ?

shame there is almost always no metal eq on players.
i don't have a clix so cant help on this.

Call me nuts, but when listening to metal I tend to use the Jazz equalizer on my San Disk Sansa Fuze.
