NWZ-E436F won't play music

Hi,

I got this Sony at Christmas and haven't used it that much. Last week it suddenly stopped playing music (time stamp says 00:00 and even if I FW through the song it still just wont play. Radio and everything else still works fine), I went to Futureshop and they said to update the firmware. I did and it fixed it and it worked fine.

But today it decided to stop playing the music again and I don't know what to do with it? I thought maybe it had somehing to do with the cold since both times it happened while I was outside but I doubt it...
