Hello, I've owned a Samsung S5 for a year now and the original earbuds gave out. To get a replacement (because they were so comfortable) would cost me about $25.
Anyway it seems that whenever I use any pair of headphones other than what it came with, if the jack rotates the slightest inside the socket, the player will pause (I assume because it thinks it's going to be pulled out). Is there a way to disable this feature altogether? Ps. I've tried this with about 4 different brands of headphones and they all do the same thing. |

I replaced the Samsung earbuds with Creative EP-630 earbuds immediately after I bought my player and I never had the problem you describe. I suppose the issue is with the earphone socket, not with the earphones.
