No license to play message

Hi, Hope you can help. Have a V plus and want to play, but I get a No license to play Sync license from PC message. The last time this happened I called Napster, because thats where I downloaded my songs from. The man told me to donload a song and it should be fine. It did the trick but now I don't have Napster any more. I don't want to download any songs I just want to play. I did sync from Creative on my PC but nothing happened or maybe I did something wrong. Help Thanks
