can any body tell me can i get the gadget "Compass" in my p-3 ? If so How ?

I don't think so.
The P3 haven't got a magnetic sensor like the HTC Diamond Pro.

I am talking about the compass one in IPOD. You know, its really cool gadget.

You need a sensor for a compass. As was already stated, the P3 has no sensor so a compass application is meaningless without the hardware to make it work.

...but the P3 has got a clock and knows where you are (time zone).
So with a little help of you, he can show you a working compass. You just have to show him the direction of the sun...if the sun is shining.

If you can see the sun and know the time of day, you should be able to figure out a basic heading without a compass app.
