Hello!
I'm new to the forum and I'm hoping you all could help me out. I have a 2nd Gen Clix, 4 GB and I've had it for a little over a year. It has worked perfectly and is exaclty what I would have hoped for in a MP3 player. That is until yesterday. I wanted to charge it before heading out so I connected it as usual. My laptop at first recognized the device, then it didn't and now won't acknowledge that the Clix is connected to my laptop at all. Also, my Clix wont charge. It was running low, which is why I connected it. But after being plugged in for a VERY long time, the battery symbol flashes like it's dead. Is time to get a new one? Can I fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
