Default P3 Battery Life

Hi guys,
A quick question about the battery life, how long does the P3 last when used mainly for video?

Yeah, I'd also like to have information about that . The 30 hours for audio are with half the volume and no EQ and the screen is off all the time . We all know that is not how we use it .So can a P3 owner (or owners) share his/their impressions so far ? Thanks in advance

Man,why do you think that's not great ? First , it's what SAMSUNG says so you can't get any better than that. And second, 5-6 hours are about 3 films or 6 episodes of Prison Break for example . For me that's more than enough .
But maybe not for you
P.S : I'd like to know at what brightness settings do you get these 5-6 hours (I think it's a 1-10 scale) Thanks .

Yeah- it's enough for a couple of movies. Usually I have the brightness at 5 and DnSe at 'Theatre'.
I may run some tests re audio under different settings to see what I get.

I decided to run a battery test for music alone with the settings I usually use, volume 5, screen brightness 5, not too much fiddling, mp3 files encoded between 128-256 kbps with some vbr's.. I've lost a single battery bar after 24 hours of continous playing.. will update soon as its drained..

Update : it gave me 35 hours and 10 minutes with the settings I mentioned!

I think a lot depends on the video format as well.. i've used 640x480 xvids and they suck the battery down something fierce.. I am gonna run a test on the video soon as I'm done with the audio thing.. watch this space!

My battery life isn't as great with the grados, but I do have the volume cranked up to 20.
