Syncing with iriver Plus 3

Hello--

I can't seem to get my SPINN to sync up with iriver Plus 3. I have the program set to recognize the SPINN, but they don't seem to want to communicate with each other.

Also, I noticed that iriver Plus 3 doesn't have the video button that's supposed to be between Photos and Ebook, so I can't play or convert any of my video files. Any tips?

The SPINN needs to be in UMS rather than MTP mode for Iriver Plus 3 to recognise it. If you plug it into your PC does it appear as a drive? Once you have connected properly adn Plus 3 has detected your hardware the video option should then appear (its disabled by default).
