S3 connecting to the pc problem D=

okkeys. i've had my samsung s3 play for about 4 months now ?
it was pefect and all until i found out i can't convert the video files into the svi format, but that didnt really bother me . Everything was working perfectly fine but then my s3 suddenly didnt show up in the samsung media studio as a portable device, it's connected and all but it wouldn't show up so i can't put music files into it =/ does anyone know why ? && is there a way to fix it? It'll be much appreciated ^^

try contacting samsung if you have the receipt you can get a new one
