Essentially the same as what comes with the P2, Q2, and so on.

they are murderous earplugs which have a bloodlust for soft ear tissue....its carnage if you wear them for extended periods of time..

Yep, may as well save yourself ear pain and grab more comfortable earbuds when you get your P3 if you don't already have them.

I love my Sennheiser CX-300s. Most comfortable earbuds I've ever had.

I still use the stock buds that came with the Samsumg T10 when I'm outside with my Clip. After that model, Samsung seemed to stop including decent buds. They look similar to the ones that ship with the P3 but are far better.

EP380 and EP370 design is very similar, 100% similar, the sound signature is very similar too, i dont know what is the difference, the only difference that i noticed is the length of cable, one of the is longer a few inch

Ah! I know they're horrible. I ripped up the foam things they came with trying to put them on...

As for sound, meh, they're decent. Would rather have nice pair of Sennheimers but don't have the money for that at the moment...
At least they are better than the iPod ones I use on with my Zen.

Am posting this here cos we're talking about how stuff sounds on the P3. I generally set the volume to around 5 when I am in the office (I use CX300's). Gradually I've found myself getting used to the volume(which I initially found to be loud at 5). Does this happen ?

Yea actually around 5 is surprisingly loud to some extent. It's the pre amp onboard the P3 I'm assuming. I noticed that difference when I first used it after listening to my Zen.

Bleah, stock headphones are always shit. I usually just throw them in a drawer and let them get eaten by dust bunnies. I'm a personal fan of the Sony MDREX85, decent driver, not too expensive. Best warranty going. I use my headphones about 6-12 hours a day depending upon what I'm doing so they burn out from natural use. The Sony’s go for about $80 CND a pair, warranty was $25 for two years. I've gone through 3 pairs! Ha ha ha, best $25 dollars I ever spent. I'll probably renew my warranty so as that model gets discontinued I can get a better comparable set later down the road! Gotta love the system

Most of Sony's headphones are pretty good, even the cheaper ones. I usually use the clip on ones. Not too bad for the price, however I am looking for a good pair of Sennheimers. The MDR-V150's arn't too bad either, I usually use them around the house.

Meh. I don't think they are that bad, actually. Certainly advise getting a good set of in-ear headphones though. I would if money was no object.

They sound absolutely awful and as mentioned the foam gets ripped up a bit when you install them even if you're careful.

I would highly recommend the JVC marshmallows.

What non-sony mp3 players have you guys bought that came with better headphones than the P2??? I thought that they were pretty good for included earphones. I now have better headphones but i still use my P2 headphones with my p3. I like them. The P3 headphones are more or less the same, they're still in the box.
