Podcast transfer

I have 2 YP u3 mpe plavers. I have recently downloaded the latest version of Emodio and also Windows Media Player 11.

The problem is twofold; first, when I try to download podcasts then sometimes they do download automatically as they should and sometimes they don't. The second problem is that having downloaded a podcadt and transferred it to "My PC" it refuses to transfer from "MyPC" to my portable mp3 coming up with the error message "files not transferred". I can transfer the files from "My Music" so the player isn't full or the files corrupt.

Anyone got any ideas on how I can cure Emodio or a suitable alternative to it?
