P3 Screen Problems

Hi Everyone

This is my first post. I just got my p3 2 days ago and I seem to have a problem with the display. Half of the screen would turn green when in the player mode but would return back to normal when in the home screen. It also returns back to normal when turned on and off but goes back to having half the screen green again. Has anyone else had this experience? Ill keep an update with this problem.

Sorry never had that problem, nor heard of it, and I trawl these forums regularly. Maybe a faulty, sorry dude. If it doesn't fix up (maybe try reinstalling firmware) return it for another one. Hope your enjoying it otherwise...!

Problem with the LCD. 2nd one I've heard of so far.

Update

Thanks for the reply guys. Here are some pictures of what i was talking about.
I played around with it and found out that it only had the problem when its in the spectrum visual but not any other visuals.

Before I upgraded the firmware I did not have this problem so I reinstalled it and it fixed the problem. Thanks for the tip robjrock.

I saw the other post about the yellow horizontal line that seemed like an lcd problem. I don't really know what you'd call mine though.

Just glad I did not have to return it.

Ah, it wasn't an LCD problem. Just an error in installing the firmware probably.
