Big font
There is a way to change font to a bigger one? The default font is too small for my eyes.

You can change font size in the text app, but only the style for the rest of the device. You might try a different style, as some are easier to read. The Cowon S9 seems to be designed for the middle-aged, as it uses a slider to zoom in on text within most applications.
