My computer can't handle Vista, (nor would I want it to) and I don't make playlists. Sorry!

I use 64-bit Vista with my Fuze and no problems at all. Haven't used the playlist creator yet, but I'll let you know if I do...

There should be no problem at all with the playlist creator. With Vista64, your main worry is device drivers, and since the Fuze syncs up perfectly on my V64 system, I know there are no driver issues. Vista64 is backward-compatible with 32-bit programs, hence the second Program Files(x86) folder.

it works fine in MTP mode, if you want to use MSC mode you need to use a program like WinAMP that can make m3u lists, I find the MTP mode to be easier as its less steps.

for microSD cards easiest way to make them work with play lists, use a usb adapter/card reader, put your music on it and use winamp to make play lists, they MUST be stored on the ROOT of the drive not in the playlist folder!!!
