Warranty Replacement?
For those of you who have warrantied their Fuze, how long did it take to get a replacement? I returned my 8 gig Fuze over a month ago, and still nothing. I've tried emailing and calling, but never get a straight answer on what's going on. This is really aggravating, as I use my Fuze a good bit. I've tried checking for any updates on the website, but they now tell me they're moving away from the website based RMA deal. Every time I call, the person I'm talking to acts like they have no idea what they're doing, and tell me to wait for 48 hours, and check back. Man, this is frustrating. Really giving me a bad view of Sansa. Although the Fuze is a great media player, I may be moving to something else if this is the kind of support they offer.
