Default Few questions (firmware/skins)
I just got the t10 and have some questions. Atm its on 3.06 US firmware now i heard the korean firmware unlocks some extra features and stuff any ideas on that and what it does?.
Also i dowloaded these skins/guis which contained some rars and i placed them in the internal storage folder and they dont work. How do i get them detected?

Try MediaMonkey to get the album art, there are a number of programs that can do all like Easy CD-DA Extractor Lyrics but it not free.

I only managed to about 60% ofthe art and some 2% with the Lyrics..


I think that Samsung has a Old Lyrics program, plus pay for ones.


None of it would work with ACC Files.


Fimware 3.07 is the latest, The MSC fimware gives you Lyrics, be very carfull with the skins/guis as you need the correct ones like MSC for MSC etc, files should unpact to T10.ROM & T10.RSC or T10V.ROM & T10V.rsc.


The MSC software treats the T10 as a USB stick, far easy to use and no DRM..

what other firmwares are there? heard of the korean ones and the mtp/mts ones(dont know what they are)...what extra features would i get if i went to them

MSC is usued in the Korea firmware and it gives you Lyrics plus the T10 behaves like a USB stick

MTP has DRM and its treaded like a Device, the US Firmware can be patched to the EU one to give RDS Radio.


The 3.07 MSC firmware is the best way to go, unless you need RDS..
