Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone has ever had any scrolling problems. Yesterday I was listening for a while and then I realized the scroll wheel wouldn't respond. I shut it off once and turned it on and it still wasn't working. This morning, though, it was back the way it was.
This is a new Sansa - less than a month old. Should I be concerned and have them replace it? |

Yes, either have the store you bought it at replace it or contact SanDisk for RMA.

thanks for your advice. I will call them, however I don't know if it will be weird if it IS still working when I send it to them. Has anyone else's scroller ever stopped working? If not, I guess it's a bad problem to have.
