Physical size difference between models?

I bought a NWZ-S639 from Best Buy yesterday. I was hoping to buy a case along with it, but the one they had in the store only listed the 430 series as being compatible. Is there a physical difference in size that would prevent me from using this case on the 639? And if it won't fit, are there any cases out there that will? I know the 639 is pretty new to America.

which case are you referring to? the hard case or the silicone case?

clearly they look similar but unfortunately they are not the same since the buttons are not in the same position and the area around the screen is different, therefore the silicone or hard case would not line up correctly with the buttons and screen.

so no they are not the same

It was a silicon case. And it definitely sounds as if the two models are too different in size to make it work. Guess I'll just make do with a screen protector for now. Thanks for your help.
