Using the CD that came with my Pilot, I ran the install for the Arcsoft media converter. It created a folder on my C:\ drive with many files, but none of them say Arcsoft and none of them are .exe executables. The files are all .ax and .dll files. How do I get Arcsoft to start? Should there be an arcsoft.exe file?

There should be a shortcut on your desktop. If not, go to C:\Program Files\MediaConverter 2\MediaConverter.exe
If you don't have the folder in Program Files, just do a general computer search (ctrl + f) for "MediaConverter" (.exe)

Thanks but I see no icon or shortcut on my desktop for Arcsoft. There is no MediaConverter.exe in my arcsoft folder. There is no .exe file at all there.
However, I already installed the Sansa software which is called Media Converter, also. Could that be the problem? I asked at the arcsoft forum and am waiting for an answer: http://www.arcsoft.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=3558
