Does anyone know which album art pixel size is the best for spinn display? I've tried it with 500x500 and 475x475 but the picture doesn't re-size well and looks weird.
UPDATE: I've been perusing in the korean official sites and finally found the answer! the best size for album art is 202 x 202 pixels, and it looks exactly as previewed in the pc. I'd like to thank Olley for his/her help anyways, thank you so much ^^ Last edited by yaku; 09-12-2009 at 11:33 PM. |

The image still looks badly re-sized at 272x272... I also tried turning off and on the spinn and connecting it to the pc. All my pics are jpegs, maybe another format is better?

You'll just have to do some experimenting. I use irfanview to resample/resize my images and they usually look fine. 272 x 272 is all the pixels the screen has for a square image, and won't be enough to show fine detail or little text on album art, but should be enough for art that is more graphic than detail.

I see, thank you very much for your help; I use ACDsee for my picture editing, and I wasn't expecting anything very sharp or detailed, but I'm very surprised with how bad it looks (especially because images in spinn look very nice in the picture option), I even chose clear pictures to see them better but to no avail. Anyways I'll do what you say and try several sizes.
