The only one I have seen so far is on Sony's website, not even available yet, and they want $20 for it. So if anybody finds one, please post it here.

Yup, that's the only one I've seen anywhere so far. I hope that soon there will be 3rd party ones on Amazon like I had for my Fuze.

I wish I werent like this but I have not used my 545 more than just to check it out and then put it securely away. I wish I would just use my stuff and not worry about it. I just hate dings and scratches on the screen. I can't help it tho!!! Doug

Relax, they may have shipped yours already. Also, be aware I'm just as paranoid about my gadgets as you. Nothing leaves the house without protection on,..............

They are at Best Buy now, supposedly the same one from Sony that is on the Sony site. My sister is going to pick me up one tomorrow after she's done with work.

I've been using the small, padded case for my digital camera to carry my S545 around, even though I do have a screen protector on it....can't be too careful, right? I'll post here and let you know if it's the right one, and how it fits.

I saw one of the Sony cases for the S54x at my local Best Buy today (Spokane Valley, WA). It looks like the one on the Sony Style website. It was $20, same as on the Sony Style website. Shame it's only available in white though. I haven't seen any other cases available that are specific to the S54x.

I'm a little worried by this....the BB website says it's black, but the image looks white-ish. That would look pretty stupid on a black player. I'll have to call my sis and tell her to try and get a black one if possible.

The one I saw in the store looked like the picture in post #5 above, not the one on Best Buy's website. Where have you seen the reference to a black one? I've only seen white ones so far. And I agree, black would be best. Sony's "black" case for the S63x series was acutally a translucent smoky gray color, not black, but it definitely looked better than white/clear.

I picked up a white one at Best buy but it had no screen protector sheet with it, took it back and the next one didn't either. contacting sony now. they only had white but i didnt care. Doug

I'm still waiting for mine, and it's ok if there's no screen protector...I have some already that I got at Wally World.

Screen protector is usually taped to the cardboard insert on the back of the packaging. Its very easy to not notice it as it is hard to notice behind the clear outer package.
