Default What's your Master EQ setting?
I've always looked at my Master EQ and think: Where do I begin? I mess with my DNSe a lot but when it comes to this, I really don't know what to do. If you guys could help me out with your settings, it'd be nice.

All I've done with that is notch up the bass by one point.

I've been putting my bass at +4 I don't care for the 3D though.

The 3D is part of Dnse on your regular EQ. The master EQ is supposed to affect the overall sound of the player.

You should never increase EQ setting, always lower everything else to boost to the required level. This way you will not distort the sound. I am not going to argue, this was told to me from a real audiophile.

After a while of trying a few EQ's I still prefer a flat EQ, as I use balanced headphones.

Same here. I leave the MAster EQ alone, because I have 3 different "My DNSe" settings for different headphones.

mines set at 101102 my dnse is set at 8,6,-1,0,1,7,9 with full bass, 3d set at 3 and clarity all the way up

well, I still use Samsung's stock earbuds, but one time on my P2 I broke the earbuds by turning the bass up to high in the Master EQ, even since then I have kept the Master EQ flat, even on my P3, just incase...

Mine went out on my a couple weeks ago. I got some decent JVCs, they're about the same as the stock ones. But those are just for when I walk around. My main phones are HTX7's

1 for clarity (always love this, same as crystality setting on my KMPlayer for PC)

Sometimes 1 for the Bass setting, depends how I'm feeling that day .



Also sometimes for trance I like to use a custom concert hall setting.

You're best to experiment and tweak the settings to what sounds best for you, then save them to a preset.
