Custom DNSe

Hello everyone.

I was just wondering what, from left to right, are the custom DNSe bars supposed to be (in terms of Bass, Treble, etc). I see things like "60Hz" but I don't know what that means.

If anyone could give me the actual name of the custom DNSe setting bar, things, I would greatly appreciate it.

Those are specific frequencies you can boost or cut. Every EQ has them.
The last 2 are the bass, the middle ones are your mids, and the last 2 or 3 are the trebles.

you mean the first 2? im still confused on this EQ thinggy.. btw, the first bar is for the bass? i've noticed that setting it to either + nor - doesnt change anything, please correct me.. thanks guys.

your ears/earbuds have major issues if moving the first (left-most) bar all the way up sounds just the same as having it all the way down. from left to right it goes like this: deep bass, bass, low mid, mid, upper mid, treble, high treble.

crap you scared me on this line.. =S lol. i dont know, i just bought a sennheiser cx 300ii precision a while ago, and tweaked the EQ a little, and that's what ive noticed..

no problem.. anyway, to ways to explain the "no difference" problem.
1. you only moved it one notch. move the left-most bar and the second left-most bar all the way up, and move everything else down... I don't recommend you keep it this way, because its a good way to break some earbuds, but you should definitely hear a difference.
2. did you get the sennheisers off of ebay of another online site? they *could* be counterfit (but don't worry, the chance that they are is very very very small )

1. right, i could hear the difference. i'm guessing that the bass on this senn was set to a not-so-maximum-level-but-its-jumping-in-my-ears and making the DNSe setting for bass unnoticeable. i guess?
