A player that sounds like the O2?

Can someone recommend a player, purely for audio, that has the same fantastic sound quality as the Cowon O2 - but without all the baggage of the O2 (and really only for audio).

Are there any audio players based on the ti davinci chipset? Or ones with a similar sound signature?

I don't need all the EQ/Jet Effects stuff - for me the O2, with flat EQ and no enhacement has one of the best portable sounds I have ever heard. It just ins't practicle as an audio player!
