Hi,
I'm gonna ask this here, because I now have received already 6 or 7 emails from Creative Support without any solution... I am sure I have a good working connection (I can stream from Creative Mediabox or from my home server without trouble). I also have configured a chat account (even tried to make a second account with different email) and activated the account(s) via mail and on the player. But still, when I'm in the My Friends menu and I select IM Chat-Gateways, nothing is listed... Just an empty menu with a bar that looks like I can select an option, but nothing's listed. Could it be something with my home netwerk? Firewall or something? I hope someone can help me here, I'm really looking forward to use the Microsoft Live Messenger chat option on my device! I think it is probably to do with the security settings on your router, I have had the same problems. I haven't got round to fixing it because the keyboard is awful and chat on it seems useless.
