Big problem with my screen!Please help if you can

Hello guys!The other day my screen froze and I couldn't find anything small to reset it so I found a screwdriver and opened the back cover up and reset that tiny button and after that the screen started to glitter/flicker like when you look at the old CR monitor through the camera and it's very dim now;((( looks bad!;((( I tried to reopen it once again but still the same. What do I have to do to get it fixed? Any advice would be extremely appreciated! Should I just take it all apart and then reassemble it back? Thanks beforehand
