Ok..... I've converted AVI to MPEG-4, didn't work. Converted it to WMV, didn't work. I've tried drag & drop and syncing it through WMP. I'm still getting "Cannot play; file format is not supported". How do I fix this? Thanks!

The video has to be specifically converted to MPEG-4, with the video resolution 320x240, or it wouldn't work

FWIW I use this converter:
http://www.pazera-software.com/produ...deo-converter/ for converting videos to work on my S639. Works a treat! |

I recommend Total Video Converter

Thanks everyone! I was using Prism, I think, and it worked, but for some reason I didn't have any sound when I converted the video to MPEG-4. And WMV just didn't work at all on my MP3 player..... I stumbled across this - http://online.movavi.com and it worked great.

Videos on the S must be 320x240. For this I use the free open source HandBrake. HandBrake can convert pretty much anything which doesn't have digital restrictions management(DRM) into the required format.

...I just dragged and dropped my video files onto the "Content Transfer" window, and they went on fine...
