Default ZEN Vision:M Not Recognized by USB
Hey guys,

My ZVM is not being recognized by any of my 3 computers. I have tried cleanup, format, different usb cables, and several other fixes. When I plug it in, the player turns on and starts charging. But, the computer never recognizes the player?

Any ideas?

could it possibly be a dead battery? as in you haven't charged in a while... if so it takes a while to run
