Default album art in long flac...
I use mp3tag to embed album art to the files on P3.

I have two pieces of classical music in FLAC that the first movement is > 10 minutes, and the 2nd and 3rd movement is < 10 minutes.

Album art only shows up on 2/3 movements for both pieces.

Anyone else experiencing this?

hmm, no I have never heard of this issue before... could you maybe post a picture of what it looks like? maybe the picture that you used as album art was not fully downloaded before you saved it to your computer (I've done that before....)

As far as I know, album art isn't actually supported with flac files being flac support is for flac tags not IDv3.2 forced tags on flac files.

If you force IDv3.2 tags onto the flac files, it may allow the album art and might be why one of your flac files shows the album art.

I don't know how supportive the p3 will be with forced IDv3.2 tags on flac files. It may become unstable being it's not an officially supported feature as far as I know.

I tried using MP3Tag to add art to a FLAC album one day, and MP3Tag's album art did not show up on my Q2. But since I never put it on my DAP's, I didn't worry....it was just an experiment , trying to help someone out here one day.

Yeah, I'm not sure how one forces IDv3.2 tags onto flac in the first place. I've just seen folks discussing it. So I was guessing that's how the OP had some album art work on some flac files but not all.

Everything I've always read, album art is not supported with flac on the P3. *shrug*

Yea, album art is not supported on FLAC for the P3.

Hm, maybe you just have to use Mp3Tag.
