Help What's the best Zune HD Converter that works well?

Hello.
I've spend many man-hours figuring out how to convert properly to the Zune HD. For some converters like Handbrake, the audio/video bitrate doesn't let me go high enough (I'm converting a 1500kb/s video and 300kb/s audio file). For some encoders, it just screws up halfway through like RipBot264. Some encoders don't have a Zune HD Preset like Free Zune Video Converter 1.1. Some converters simply don't work like SUPER and Videodora. Some converters don't give me enough options and screw up the audio track like EncodeHD. Expression Encoder 3 doesn't like my 64 bit computer for some reason and gets errors each time I import a file.

Xvid4PSP i'm trying out, but there's no Zune HD preset and I can't find a way to set the correct video bitrate. Plus, the Zune software won't touch the exported files. It would be nice if someone could put together a step-by-step tutorial for conversion on Xvid4PSP or something.

So please, what is the best converter out there?

Already tried it, I really wish it had worked. Video conversion was great, but the audio track was really just messed up.

RipBot 264 theoretically should work correctly, but it crashed 75% the way through last time. I'm willing to give it a shot once more on my ubercomputer.

Try Expressions Encoder 3 from Microsoft...its free (though a paid version with a few useless extra features is available )and has presets for the Zune HD (both for playback on the device and for playback through the dock) .......so far it has given me no problems

I haven't tried reinstalling, though.

EDIT: YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME.
ZUNE SOFTWARE WON'T ACCEPT MY MP4 FROM RIPBOT264 >

Here's the output:

If you are looking for a simple converter and dont mind the output in h263, try all2avi. For working with HD content though (going from HD h264 to HD h264) I use Staxrip. It uses alot of 3rd party programs, but does so covertly (if it determines it needs a program, it downloads them automaticly from its own website, and unpacks them into a special dir for its own use), keeping all controls on one window. It also does alot of error checking so you arn't finding yourself trying to creating an invalid video
