Default S639 Still Available, $89 - SOLD OUT
No Longer Available

I was browsing the Sony Style US website looking for S545 accessories and came across a link that pointed me to an NWZ-S639 (16GB) product page. Even though the S639 isn't listed on the main Walkman page (only this year's models are listed), it looks like it is still available to be purchased. Price is $89 and it shows it as being in stock. If you are interested in a great player but don't mind losing a few of this year's new features (alarm, sleep timer, built-in speakers, voice/FM recording), this is a great price. Accessories are heavily discounted too - silicone cases for $2.99.

Yeah, I noticed that too. But I'm glad mine is coming in tomorrow!!!! I'm so excited. The really retarded thing is that Fedex shipped the silicone case first because the actual player got to the airport at phoenix 20 minutes later, so it missed the plane over here. Oh well, at least I can focus on my finals more lol

Sony is notorious for selling out and then the next day finding more stock. So if you are still interested, I would try checking back later tonight, tomorrow or even Monday. After all, who knows how many of those slickdealers will have a problem with their credit card putting the product back in stock.

Hey, I resemble that remark! But I contacted Sony and they refunded me the difference ($25). Apparently they still have a 30 day price guarantee.
