Hey people! something happened to my p3, now i cannot access the dnse function when my headphones are plugged in and also i cannot access the system info under the settings. And some other functions are not accesible too.
The spot where these functions are seems to be working fine when i switch it to other screens. like in the music section, the dnse cannot be accessed but when i switch to other section the same spot can be detected when touched. Can anyone help me please! |

are the options "grayed out" if so, then you are using the speaker. it the DNSe option is gone altogether, then you have sped up or slowed down the music.

If what Electron said isn't true, try re installing the firmware.

to be honest. im buying a second hand p3. and these are the info. that the guy has given me. haha. just wondering if i should buy it. the dnse option can be seen according to what that guy told me. just that it cannot be activated. and he cannot access the system option under the settings icon.
anyways, do you think that the sound quality is better than creative zen or zen x-fi 2? Thank you all for the help. |

Yeah, it's better than Creative. Wouldn't be hard.

Check it out before you buy it, if possible. The touchscreen may be buggy.

You won't know if it's a touchscreen problem until you've tried it out. It's unlikely to be the firmware - they all work.
