Glad you guys still find this useful. Too bad there's no big community around the i9 - Flash hackers by the caliber of Kizune or Claw could get a lot more from the player than me with my measly ActionScript skills.

I cant get the Music screen wallpaper to work. I put both the files you gave and put them in the folder you said, do i need to do anything else? The main menu wallpaper works, but has a black border is that normal? I just got the i9 so im not sure how everything works. Thanks for the help.

nice themes, i'd really like to have a black statusbar everywhere on the menu, also in *txt files. I just don't like bright colors :F

I just put dfkt's themes on also, yes nice to have support for wallpaper both screens, and the now playing screen is MUCH better.

Thank You!

So what is the flash folder REALLY meant for (by cowon), i mean it seems u have to be a bit knowledgable in coding to utilise this function? Did they have other plans for it?
I'm wondering if there is a flash app or summin that can better display lyrics lol (and yes I tried Serych's theme but it wasn't for me).

@dfkt:
Thank you very much for providing us with the results of your work. The iaudio 9 is an outstanding piece of entertainment hardware plus it has these amazing decoding features like all the presets. But the GUI makes me wanna cry all the time, especially the white backgrounds. So thanx again for giving me the chance to remove the white background of the main menu. I'd also like to use your music menu but with one tiny change. Somebody else already mentioned it: the default cover with whiteBG and the orange note has to go, it just has to.. My poor eyes hurt when i flip through the tracks..

No more changes needed, it's perfect after that for me ;-) As you kindly provided the source code as well I'll try that myself and post again here.

Greetings from Berlin, Germany
Mr. Friendly

PS: Maybe he/she'll never read this as the posting is 2 years old but nevertheless I'd like to thank serych for the participation, too!

I don't want to touch your source files, but for anybody, who wants to repair the bug:
Open the file music_player.as and on the line 496 you'll find:
musicProgressWidth = int(_global.LCD_WIDTH / musicTotalTime);

remove the int function:
musicProgressWidth = _global.LCD_WIDTH / musicTotalTime;
and compile the music-test.fla again.

That's all folks
Jakub
Hi, I hope you're still getting updates from this forum, I don't know how to work with this files, my question is... do you mind fixing the progress bar for the music.swf version 1 from DFKT, I don't have the tools (software) to do it myself.
I'm not really interested in the lyrics versions...
Sorry for the inconvenience but I really would appreciate it.
Thank You

Nevermind... I fixed it, here they are for whoever wants them...

This are the two themes from dfkt with the progress bar issue fixed.

Most of the credit goes to dfkt.

I wonder if someone has the source files (.fla and .as) for the iAudio 9+ ..?

Somewhere hidden in the system, I couldn't find a way to get to them from windows, MAYBE if someone can find a way to extract them from the firmware (.bin) files?? In that case It probably will be .swf files not .fla.
No way any ISO software will be able to extract anything.

Default New Music / Menus UI themes, works for iAudio 9+ too...

I did some more changes to music.swf and mainmenu 1 and 2.

THIS ALSO WORKS FOR iAUDIO 9+, I tested it myself.

...This is all my work now, I've learned a few things here and there, I would appreciate your "thanks" (if you like them of course)

Changes in music.swf:
-Changed progress bar to green.
-<AB> loop shows red in the progress bar.
-Track name (in yellow) with Icon all the way to the left.
-Album name (in blue) with Icon all the way to the left.
-Band name (in light blue) with Icon all the way to the left.
-When Pause is pressed it shows the Pause Icon instead of those little Eq. bars which don't really mean anything. (on top, next to the clock).
-The menu that pops up when you long press Play, shows a blue selection icon (instead of the Ugly Orange one) I couldn't manage to change that on the rest of the menus, it seems to be a different .swf (I think we're stuck there).
-Removed track numbers counter (That's nice to have in a bigger screen, not here).

Changes in Mainmenu1.swf:
-Blue grainy background instead of plain white.
-Selection names (Music, Videos, etc) in yellow.

Changes in Mainmenu2.swf:
-Blue grainy background instead of plain white. (Remember you still can put your own background here)
-Moved AM/PM next to the hour (and bigger)

I want to change a few more things but I don't know when I'll do it, could be tomorrow or in a month, I'll get back when I do it.

Enjoy, Comments or suggestions are welcome...
