I have a zen Vision M 30gb that has been working absolutely fine as long as I've had it. Used it til battery was totally dead now it won't charge, won't recognise on the PC when it's connected, no blue light, nothing. I've left it on to charge for hours through USB and also through the mains. Any ideas???? Ross

try pushing the reset while it's connected to the wall charger to get it started.

Since this is about a Vision:M rather than a Vision W, I've moved this thread to the proper forum.

one thing you can do is take the zvm apart there is a guide and what you do is unplug your battery and then plug your zvm directly into the wall charger and if it lights up your good and just need a new battery.. hope this helps
