Special characters

Hey guys!
I bought my T10 about one and a half year ago and I'm really pleased with it. But since I was loading up stuff by Die Ärzte, Böhse Onkelz, José González, Sigur Rós and Ólafur Arnalds, my T10 doesn't recognize them all. I mean there is a folder for Ólafur Arnalds, but not for all of his songs, which are put together with the recently mentioned bands in a folder called Unknown. Yeah, that kinda sucks a lot, 'cause I'm not able to let all the songs just run through.
My ID3-Tags are absolutely correct btw, and I don't wanna retag them.
Does anyone know a solution?

May I ask what language are you using, ? plus how did you install this Music.



There are language settings for the T10 & Tags.

I used german at first but then switched to spanish and now I'm using english for a few months. I used drag & drop in folders.
I tried by using german again on my T10, but it didn't help after all...

Try changing the Files names to UK characters, may be that is stuffing it up.

Are these MP3 and what program did you use to make them, plus what sample rate did you use.?

Yeah, they're MP3. Actually I don't know which program or sample rate..
There must be a reasonable solution...I mean...what the hell?
