Just thought of a quick idea, could be based on the Accelerometer to Cursor test app... how about a game where there is a skydiver in the middle of the screen, you tilt the ZEN to move the character, and you have to collect point bubbles of some sort on your way down to the ground, or maybe dodge obstacles like birds... All of this is birds eye view of course.

also just had a quick idea... wat about a spiderman kind of app like the one for the ipod touch. the one where u tap the screen to fire the web and u hav to swing as far as you can without falling.

im making a game kinda where there is a ball bouncing around the screen and u have to dodge them (using the accelloremeter) and i nearly finished but a need sprites (can any one help with the sprites, if u do go to this: http://www.anythingbutipod.com/forum...503#post455503)

and more balls increase each level.

#After that i might do the one with the ball and moving terrian that u must get to the bottom.

before i start im just saying, dont know if this is in the right spot to post suggestions! but here we go....an app suggestion is the impossible quiz (first one) or a zippo lighter, a laser sword (like a star wars light saber, just touch it and it makes the sound) just throwing suggestions out there! the apps have been on an ipod touch. screenshots are below..


BUT, (ha, here we go again) the zippo lighter could have different designs...(example: ace of spades, zebra, camoflauge) and the star wars light saber could have different colors (blue, red, gren, etc.) and check out the game impossible quiz if you could make it! NOW screenshots are below

I'm working on a Snake game. Expect a 'proof of concept' in a few days.

I'm working on a snake game because I have made numerous versions of snake on my graphing calculator. Good old 'high school' times. (not really high school, since I live in Holland where we have a different system)

Here's an idea wht abt the online game cubefield its already on the ipod why not put it on the Zen X FI 2 but make it better.

yea you could use the accelrometer to move but the 3d cubes would be hard to make no?

I don't think it is that hard the cubes in 3D, but I wonder what the maximum amount of cubes will be. When will the game turn in a slide show?

Something else: My snake is more than a proof of concept by now. There are just some annoyances left and I might want to add some more features->menus->possible settings->speeds etc.

Zaffo: yea, i played the game cubefield and its very addicting, but its sort of never-ending and will probably cause the Zen to crash, BUT you could possibly create serperate levels...i don't know....as for the snake app you are making i would like some features, and harder speeds..good luck
