Rating Problem

KK, after a long time of sorting all my music by ratings, i restarted my player, only to find out that nothing really saved. WTF?

I wanna create playlists, but cant. plus3 work only the first time, nd after tht it says error, missing file. so i cant realy create a play list any other way, except for the Top Rated, which forgets everything after i restart.

Plz help!!! Is there any other way or some fix or a different program to create playlists?
