UPDATE:
After all these months, Samsung Support and I have conquered the question as to where my P3 may be. Apparently, when requesting a repair service online, the computers told me to send it to the wrong address.
Therefore, if you have registered your mp3 player online and the address is in RIVERDALE, NJ 07457, do NOT send it there. That is NOT the Repair Service Center for mp3 players. Instead, contact Samsung Support and ask for the actual address. I do not know where this address is yet because I have to contact the CVE in NJ to send my P3 back...Hopefully it'll still be there. I'm assuming it is somewhere in Texas (this assumption is based on their Texan accent ).
I also recommend that you do NOT register your product online but rather via phone. Hope this helps you all in the future.
