Playlist support in MSC without iRiverPlus3

Is there any way to get playlist support on the e150 in MSC mode without using iRiverPlus3? And is my microsd card suppose to show up in MTP mode?

I would like to know how to even make playlists with the E150, could you tell me how?

you have to use iriver plus 3(it only works with the e150 in msc mode). you should see playlist on the bottom of the tree menu once you device is connect, right click and click "new playlist' & then add songs from the player.
