I cannot view my pictures

it worked fine
i uploaded a book in many jpgs
and i did not find it

then for some reason i cannot read any .jpg
whether i transfer them with content transfer or not

it will not show up
my picture mode is empty


can anyone help


ps it did shut down once (after being connected to the computer) but it did start up after i pressed reset and kept trying to turn it on
but it took a while

everything works fine but when i put a picture into the PICTURE or PICTURES folder it will not show up when i look for it in the picture mode
it does recognize i have pictures on the device because in the information option where it says the amount of vids and songs you have it does say it has pictures
but it are not there

Nevermind I just did a format using the player's option and now they show up
