Unhappy Zen Vision M
Hello Gurus,

I have Zen Vision M :30 GB and it is not being recognized by my laptop.Player is getting charged by the laptop but not able to recognize as portable device.
I am using windows Vista Enterprise Edition. I have also tried with different laptops with Windows XP and SP2, but unfortenelty didn't succeed.

I have tried all the ways..
formatted the Player:- Now not able to update the Firmware as not been recognized.
Changing the registries Values,
Different cables.

Please help,I am getting frustrated day by day!!
