Problems finding music on the Clix 2

I've had the player for about 18 months now, but lately I've had a problem playing music that I've transferred onto it.

Basically, music that I've transferred doesn't appear in the normal Music menu, but when I check the player via the Browe Device menu it's there, and I can play it.

Then last night I decided to reformat the device to see if it would help...probably a bit of a mistake because obviously it deleted whatever music was on there to begin with. I put on all my music again, but this time it's ALL in the Browse Device section and there's NOTHING in the Music section, it just says "Empty".

Does anyone know how to get it to show up on the Music menu, so I can play music as normal?
