player is stuck trying to delete a track

I ripped some tracks from my player to my computer but one of the tracks had an error status. On the player, navigated to the track in question and chose "Delete"; answered "Yes" to prompt.

That was over 15 minutes ago and the player is stuck saying "Deleting". It won't turn off, nothing works and I don't know how to get out of this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Use your pen press on reset key beside USB port, then it'll restart. Or maybe u use recovery mode after that. Press and hold the play key (bottom, right)+turn on.
