I like the Zen Defense. So what if it ends up far down? Many apps begin with Zen anyway. =P

After pondering for hours on end, I've decided that I think 'Tower Defense' is fine, just leave it as it is...

if u want something with Zen I'd say call it ZEN TD or ZEN Tower Defense.
If u'd call it something without Tower Defense people wouldnt know the game actually IS tower defense. get my point??

like... if u'd call a Command and Conquer like game, Warzone, or Strategy War or whatever, the name might be cool, but poeple wouldn't know it's C&C.

So whatever name u pick, I'd stay close to tower defense.
can't wait for this to be playable xD

Me too, this game is going to be awesome

As for the name, if the game can match up to the game people know as "Tower Defense" (which I believe it will) you can just call it so, if the original makers approve (I thought I read that you already are in contact with them).

But "Zen Defense" is close enough, and I also think that "Zen Defense" makes more sense... It's not that you are protecting the towers.. It's more like you are protecting your Zen from all those creatures invading it, with the use of towers.

Does the 1.1 version include playability because it can't play on my simulator or actual Zen.

It is not version 1.1, it is 0.1.1. It's still experimental that means.
and no, the first post doesn't state any playability yet. And if it doesn't let you play on either the Zen or Sim, then I'd have drawn that conclusion quite easily myself.

Yes, that is normal. This is a pre-alpha release and all features are not yet coded. So there is no playability as of yet, only the map editor is done.

This will definatley be one of the best games EVER!!!

P.S: do you have a estimated time of release for the beta/alpha were it will have gameplay
