Creative Centrale Problem

I have a few movies ripped from DVDs on my computer, but if I were the ceative central to the ZEN try to put it sets only the first 10 seconds of the movie on the ZEN.

That's strange..
did you try to copy it without Centrale? Just drag & drop with windows explorer?

I do not think that will work, because my videos are in Windows Media Video 8 format, not in Windows Media Video 9 format.

That might also cause problems.. the Zen should play WMV9, but I have bad experiences with that format..
Therefore I always convert videos to Xvid. If you keep the bitrate below 800kbps and the resolution below 640x480 then the Zen should play it, and you can just copy the files with windows explorer.
If you copy them with Centrale, the program might want to re-convert it, but that is not needed for Xvid videos.
