Problem with loading songs from Memory card

Hi all,

I dont know whats wrong with E100!
when i select All music i cant see music on my memory card!

anybody with same problem?

what is the correct way of transferring files to the device?

once i just copied to the directory and also i tried to copy using the software but still i have the same problem

can any one help?

I just got an E100 today and I transfered some songs to the memory card and when I go to Music->All Music the songs are not there. They only appear when I go to Dir List->External Memory. But when I select external memory the songs do not have the option to select 'All Music', 'Artist' etc
Is this the way the unit operates?
Is there any way to have the songs on the memory card listed under Music->All Music or at least have options to select 'Artist', 'Album' etc when going through Dir List->External Memory?
