Smudges

I juts bought the zen v plus and i am finding that it smugdes quite a bit. I have a black case one. What's the best way to deal with them or just to remove them without harming the player. dry tissue doesn't seem to be doing much.

well there might be some smudges but ive heard the case is really nice and doesnt brake...

I usually just rub it against whatever I'm wearing. But, I am thinking about a "skin" even though that's SO iPod.

Yeah, I just rub it against my tshirt/shirt.

It does smudge up, but it doesn't scratch easily, so rubbing it a bit won't do it any harm.

I'd steer clear of any cleaning solutions/damp cloths though.

I have been looking at getting a skin for my ZVM. I heard about a site, http://www.bestskinsever.com
for my ZVM there is a clear skin all made up already. I like the looks of the Zen as it is. I have not found one for my Zen V+, but they sell kits so you can make your own to fit. They all seem to be inexpensive too, less than $10. Just thought I'd throw that out.

I bought a rubbery-skin for my Zen V at Walmart. They come in a couple different colors, but the only thing I don't like is it doesn't have a screen cover. I'm paranoid that the screen will scratch. Otherwise, I think it's great!!

For cleaning shiny stuff I use the cloths I get with my eyeglasses - those must be designed not to scratch so they work well at cleaning. You can probably buy them for pennies!

Try asking anyone who wears glasses if they have some going spare anywhere, they will probably have lots. Or, you could pop into somewhere like Specsavers or another eye place and ask nicely for one - they might oblige.
