I don't have any information about the USA (as usual), nobody at Samsung cares on your country (yes I know it is hard to hear for the most powerful nation in the world )
But indeed, as M1 sales seem to be bad, that would be logical you don't get the M1 in the USA. And if you get it, nobody would buy it at this price so.... have a P3 ^^

It has great sound quality (I hope as a Cowon product), FLAC support, Bluetooth, MicroSD and (not sure, but likely ) DRM support (I use Rhapsody-to-Go a lot), decent built-in menory -16G (not clear if it's going to be a 32G version). All I need from a player. When It's released in USA I'll buy it immediately

No I will not and but the question is hypothetical. If it's released, the price will be in line with other high-end players. For 32G version (if it's there) it might cross 400$, for 16G I beleive it will be between 300$-400$.
